How We Create Content

Body Science Review is a research-driven editorial publication. Every article is built on peer-reviewed evidence — here's exactly how our content process works.

Our Research Process

Body Science Review content is built on a structured, evidence-first research process. Each article begins with a systematic literature review using PubMed, Examine.com, and Cochrane databases, followed by label analysis, value analysis, and real-world signal synthesis. Affiliate relationships and commissions do not influence editorial conclusions.

Every factual claim is supported by linked citations you can verify independently. For full details on our evaluation methodology, see the How We Test page.

Our Content Process

Every article begins with a literature review — we search PubMed, Examine.com, and Cochrane databases for peer-reviewed evidence on the active ingredients or products under review. We do not accept free products in exchange for positive coverage, and affiliate relationships do not influence editorial conclusions.

When you see claims about dosing, efficacy, or safety, those claims are supported by linked citations from the peer-reviewed literature — not personal endorsements.

For full details on how individual products are evaluated, see our How We Test methodology page.
